Terms of Service

1. The Service

DevStorage provides file upload and storage infrastructure for developers, including programmatic APIs, SDKs, and a management dashboard. Files are stored on third-party object storage (Cloudflare R2). We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@devstorage.io if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store, upload, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
• contains malware, or is used to attack or disrupt any system;
• contains child sexual abuse material or other prohibited content;
• violates any applicable law or regulation.

You also agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, probe the Service for vulnerabilities without authorization, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the files and data you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to upload it.

5. Plans, billing, and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with reasonable notice. If a payment fails, your account may be marked past due and the Service may be limited or suspended. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance, impose rate limits, or modify the Service as needed.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
